General information

Ecological site concept
This site occurs on the margins of playas, on alluvial flats, and on lake plains. Slopes range from 0 to 4 percent, but slope gradients of 0 to 2 percent are most typical. Elevations are 800 to about 5000 feet. The soils associated with this site are deep alluvium from mixed sources. Surface is very high in salts. Textures vary from loams to clays.
